UPCOMING EVENTS 2012 SavageX, Shameless Grounds, St Louis MO, Dec 15, 2012 INFO: “SavageX” will be returning Dec 15th to Shameless Grounds, LLC as “SavageX II” to celebrate the Savage Tarot republication. We will have some VERY special guest artists presenting their own interpretation of The Seven Deadly Sins and The Seven Righteous Virtues. A portion of all sales will go to benefit Sex Positive St. Louis. Guest Artists Include: Matt Lombard, Amber Michelle Russell, Matthew Wajek, Bethalynne Bajema, Paul McCarroll, and Rich Brewer. This event was located on South Division in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. All the artists set up tables in front of the businesses and empty store-fronts up and down the street. My mate and I lucked out (so to speak) by getting the spot in front of a business called Tiny Bikinis, which offered blacked out front windows (because GR has uber strict skin laws -as in, you aren’t allowed to show any in a business that sells liquor) and a few signs and pictures. We found the spot very humorous and just went with it. At about six the bar opened proper and had a nice lass out front promoting their beer specials. Most of the snapshots from the day are just meant to be silly. It was a rather interesting day for a lot of reasons – including the two homeless gents that nearly exchanged fisticuffs in front of our table and the cop that came to help that made my niece (minion II!) swoon.
