Foxglove Hockey Comics T-Shirt

Back in my youth I had a hockey comic strip. The Grasshoppers were the name of my team and their mortal enemies were the Black Ants. The strip was named after Foxglove, the singularly worst player in all of professional hockey history. My team's goon was modeled after the hyper violent, and ridiculously intelligent hockey player I was dating at the time. My team's zamboni driver was a wonky in the head ex-race car driver. A mascot lush. A goalie kidnapping team trainer. A cannibal world cup team. And just for good measure, my league had the Goon All-Stars every year... psss on you pretty boy goal scorers!

I published one Foxglove book and one round of Foxglove swag, including these t-shirts. If ever I do something in my life to make me notorious as an artist, these shirts will prove to be the most rare and out-of-character item of mine to own. The shirts are all larges. I'm working on a photo of the shirt itself. Get'um while the gettin's good... or hell, maybe they'll be here forever given that hockey is probably not the most favorite thing of fans of mine ; )

Please find here a variety of items available for purchase. You will run into a few “fire sales” among my products. Recently I had the displeasure of spending some time in the hospital for health issues I’ve dealt with most of my life. I number among the many in this country who do not have health insurance. Therefor that hospital stay has to be paid for by me within a two year period. In all of my life I have never owned a credit card or taken a bank loan. I carry no debt other than medical debt. It’s a frustrating topic for me. My art on its own has allowed me to provide for myself for many years now and I’m grateful for that. After getting much of my medical debt under control, this last bit of bad health has spiraled it out of control once again. So, any investment in my work is another chance for me to get that debt back under control. I am indebted to each of you who likes my work enough to want to own it. I hope that by offering some of these “fire sale” items that not only do I help myself, but you get a chance to own something unique of mine.
